LOYALTY CLUB

Q: WHAT IS THE LOYALTY CLUB?
A: Fans who purchased either an 8-Game package or a 3-game package in 2008 are members of the Bills Toronto Series Loyalty Club (“Touchdown” if you’re 8-Game, “Redzone” if you’re 3-Game).

Q: I’M A LOYALTY CLUB MEMBER – DOES MEMBERSHIP HAVE ANY BENEFITS FOR OTHER ROGERS CENTRE EVENTS?
A: Yes! Loyalty Club Members will receive first right purchase to identical seats for future NFL games at Rogers Centre. In addition, Loyalty Members will have access to pre-sale for other stadium events!

Q: I BOUGHT A SINGLE-GAME PACKAGE IN 2008 and/or 2009. CAN I STILL BECOME A LOYALTY CLUB MEMBER?
A: No, I’m sorry. The Club is only for fans who purchased 8-Game or 3-Game packages in 2008. However, you can still become a NFL BTS Subscriber! This includes the following:

    • Preferred seating locations
    • First right to purchase identical seats for future NFL games at Rogers Centre
    • Pre-sale access to other stadium events (until March 31, 2011)
    • 10% discount on merchandise on game day
    • Dedicated customer service representative
    • Access to tickets at Ralph Wilson Stadium prior to public on-sale
    • Participation in Fan Forums with opportunity to interact with NFL Players and Front Office Personnel

Q: WHERE CAN I PARK AT ROGERS CENTRE?
A: Public parking is unavailable at Rogers Centre for the Bills Toronto Series games. However, there are a number of independent public parking lots within easy walking distance of Rogers Centre (for a printable map, click here).

Q: WHAT ABOUT ACCESSIBLE PARKING?

Q: WE’RE COMING AS A GROUP – WHAT ABOUT BUS PARKING?
A: A bus parking lot is available off Bremner Boulevard opposite Gate 9. Space can be reserved by calling 416-341-3057. The cost is $40.00 from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., with credit cards and cash accepted on event days. Buses can drop guests off at Gate 7 or Gate 13.

WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE GAME

Q:WHAT ITEMS CAN I BRING TO THE STADIUM?
A: The following items are permitted into the stadium:

    • Additional clothing and blankets (if carried loosely)
    • Bags smaller than 12”x12”x12”(All bags are subject to inspection)
    • Binoculars
    • Cameras with lenses of six (6) inches or less
    • Seat cushions 15”x15” or smaller
    • Small, pocket-sized electronic devices such as radios or hand-held TV’s (fans will be asked to turn them on for inspection)

Q:WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BRING TO THE STADIUM?
A: The following items are NOT permitted:

    • Aerosol cans
    • Alcoholic beverages
    • Animals (with the exception of guide dogs for the disabled)
    • Bags larger than 12”x12”x12”
    • Balls (beach balls, footballs, etc.)
    • Bottles, cans, thermoses, and other beverage containers
    • Cameras with lenses longer than six (6) inches
    • Chairs or seat cushions with arms or backs (other than those approved for persons with accessibility needs requirements) larger than 15”x15”
    • Clothing with profane or abusive language, obscene graphics, or material considered to be indecent or inappropriate by Stadium Management
    • Coolers and ice chests
    • Fireworks; firearms; knvies and other weapons
    • Frisbees; squirt guns
    • Headwear or clothing that may impede the view of fans
    • Illegal drugs and substances
    • Inflatable devices (balloons, etc.)
    • Laptop computers
    • Large, professional style camera bags
    • Laser pointer devices
    • Monopods and tripods
    • Noisemakers
    • Promotional materials advertising organizations or companies not affiliated with the Buffalo Bills
    • Radios or hand-held TV’s larger than pocket-sized
    • Strollers
    • Sticks or poles
    • Stools or folding chairs
    • Umbrellas
    • Video cameras
    • Weapons (knives, box-cutters, firearms, etc.)

Any other items deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate by Stadium Management may be prohibited. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and will result in the guest being ejected and may result in arrest and/or ticket purchasing privileges being revoked.

Q: CAN I BRING ALCOHOL?
A: Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into Rogers Centre. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from authorized vendors once inside the facility. Guests found with unauthorized alcohol can have their tickets confiscated and be removed from the facility without compensation.

Q: I’M BRINGING MY FAMILY – WHAT ABOUT STROLLERS AND OTHER ITEMS?
A: Rogers Centre is pleased to provide the ability for families to check their strollers at select events at a Guest Services booth or another specially designated area. Please check the event details page for your event to verify if this service will be provided. Other larger items can also be checked at Guest Service locations located on the 100, 200, and 500 levels. Rogers Centre is not responsible for any missing, lost, stolen or damaged items while checked.

Q: I’M COMING WITH AN ELDERLY OR DISABLED GUEST. CAN I GET HELP WITH A WHEELCHAIR?
A: Gate 7 has been designated as a special needs entrance. A staff member will gladly escort guests to their seats where a wheelchair is needed. With only a limited number of wheelchairs available for use, they are normally not lent out for an entire event.

AT THE EVENT

Q: CAN I SMOKE AT ROGERS CENTRE?
A: Rogers Centre is a smoke-free environment in full compliance with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the facility. Security regulations do not allow guests back into the building if they choose to exit.

Q: CAN I BRING MY VIDEO CAMERA?
A: Video Cameras, including personal video cameras, are not allowed at Rogers Centre unless part of an accredited media crew covering the event.

Q: IS U.S. CURRENCY ACCEPTED AT ROGERS CENTRE?
A: U.S. currency is accepted at all retail and concessions stands within Rogers Centre. The exchange rate is posted at all locations. Currency conversions will be provided as a result of a sales transaction.

Q: I’VE LOST SOMETHING. WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
A: Lost items are turned in by our staff to Guest Services locations during events. After an event is over, please contact our “Lost and Found” department at 416-341- 3060 leaving a message with your name, phone number, a description of the lost item and the date of the event you attended.
